Voices of Diversity ensured that our event with Dr. Angela Davis
and Danny Glover, was a success. The event had over 1,600 people
from all over the nation in attendance and was reported in much
of the local media. Many students, faculty and administrators
described the event as the largest event ever to be held on the
campus of Saint Louis University. Although the students in the
SLU Black Alliance mostly planned the event, it would not have
been possible without the professional help of Voices of Diversity.
The speaker’s bureau constantly made sure that the planning
of the event was on point and really wanted to make it a hit.
Everything went off as planned and it was truly an amazing event
for the City of St. Louis.
Andrew Chappelle

"Both Mr. Bobby Seale and Leslie Seale did a great job
connecting with the students. Everyone was quite pleased with
the event. MLK Lecture."

Assigned the duties of coordinating a lecture series for the
Division of Social Work, Behavioral and Political Science at Prairie
View A&M University was equally an exhilarating opportunity
and a frightening prospect. After extensive research on speaker’s
bureaus it became clear to me that Voices of diversity was head
and shoulders above others. We needed to plan a successful university
wide lecture series. Since this was my initial venture into directing
such a program, I personally needed a person who could orchestrate
me through the stages and unforeseen issues that arise with such
programming. I can unequivocally state that Darline Cheers, Director
of Voices of Diversity has been the reason for our most successful
year. The professionalism of Voices of Diversity is unrivaled
and the bounds that were extended to accommodate the needs of
our program were amazing. Voices of Diversity was able to arrange
presentations by speakers that were “exclusive” to
more pricey speakers bureaus with little difficulty. For this
reason and a multitude of others, Voices of Diversity has become
the only bureau that I will ever use.
Dr. James Thomas Jones III
Assistant Professor, Prairie View A&M University
To our speaker “George Curry”, your remarks were
insightful and your involvement in our meeting was extremely significant
and meaningful for us. Our delegates thoroughly enjoyed having
you as part of our program.
