Q: Why should I use Voices of Diversity
for a Speakers Bureau or Event Planner?
A: We take pride in what we do. We will listen to your needs,
ideas and expectations. We have the network to secure the right
speaker for your special event within your budget.
Q: What can I expect from Voices of Diversity?
A: A professional partnership and peace of mind! After
the Speaker is booked we make every effort to manage all details
of the event. We partner with you to make travel arrangements,
itinerary for the day’s event, pre-event communications,
schedule receptions, and book signings. We are there until the
last applause.
Q: What are the incidentals that I should expect?
A: There is the speaker’s honorarium. The client is responsible
for all expenses, round trip airfare, ground transportation in
home and host cities, hotel accommodations, and meals. Some speakers
travel with an aide. The client incurs that expense. These incidentals
and the travel preferences will be outlined to you in a pre-event
proposal.
Q: Can Voices of Diversity book any speaker
for my special event?
A: Yes. We have access to any Speaker of your preference and
budget. We provide expert service, guidance, and computer research
for locating exceptional speakers for your event and preview all
the materials.
Q: Once I decide on the Speaker, what happens
next?
A: Once the speaker accepts the invitation, we issue a contract
to reserve the date. A 50% deposit will be required with the balance
due prior to the appearance.
